An Early Landed 1987 vintage Grande Champagne Cognac from the much-adored House of Hine, released in early 2017 (alongside a non-Early Landed edition). Hine have a tradition of ageing a proportion of their Cognac in France for a few years before shipping over to Bristol to continue to age, which can result in a different flavour profile to due to different maturation environments.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
