Nose: Honeycomb, sawdust, hot chocolate, sponge cake.

Palate: Icing sugar, roasted nuts, crème caramel, a drying oaky spiciness developing in the background.

Finish: Toasted cereals, with lingering anise and foam banana sweetness.
