For this Caskmates bottling, Jameson teamed up with London brewery Fourpure! Jameson Irish Whiskey was treated to a finish in barrels that previously held the brewery’s Shapeshifter West Coast IPA for three months. While it's utterly delicious neat, this is a bottling that really comes into its own in a highball. Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: The classic Jameson profile makes more of an entrance here with butterscotch, orchard fruits and vanilla. Blackcurrant, a hint of woody warmth and a flashback of tropical fruit appear underneath.

Finish: Rich and smooth.
