A 30 year old single malt from the Jura Distillery on the island from which it shares its name, independently bottled by The Whisky Cellar. This one was distilled all the way back in October 1990, and left to age in a single American oak hogshead for three decades, before eventually being bottled in February 2021. Just 163 bottles of this well-aged Island whisky were produced, so if you're a Jura fan, you'll want to snap one up!

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: Summer berries, another helping of rich oak, with a hint of forest floor earthiness developing underneath.

Finish: Dried apple, pear drops, cut grass, and a final hint of mahogany.
