Nose: Baking spice (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg), seasoned oak, green apple, dried apricot, honeycomb, leather, tobacco leaf, toasted walnut, and brown sugar.
Palate: Full‑bodied grain heat with sweet corn‑whiskey vanilla and caramel, layered malt biscuit from the Virginia single malt, and warm oak spice sliding into reddish fruit (dried cherry) and light orchard fruit.
Finish: Long and warming — residual rye spice, soft cocoa nib, lingering apple‑brandy sweetness, and a dry whisper of oak char.
