Nose: Rich and fruity with floral undercurrents of peat providing a solid base.

Palate: Baked orchard fruit cobbler, filo dough, as peat and warm baking spices provide depth and balance.

Finish: Balnced and pleasant with calvados and peat flavors lingering longest.
