The folks over at Marourde have crafted this fragrant Spritz by fermenting honey and local Kentish water with Champagne yeast to create a wine. It's then treated to a stint in oak barrels as well as flower infusions before bottling at 4% ABV, full of smooth honeyed notes among the oak influence. Fun fact: the name Marourde comes from the historical name of the Kentish town Mereworth, where the distillery is based!
