It's That Boutique-y Whisky Company's second independent bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from Nc'nean. Nc'nean was founded by Annabel Thomas back in 2017, and it was first fully organic modern distillery in Scotland powered by 100% renewable energy, which we think is excellent – and so is the whisky itself! The label features oodles of members from Team Nc'nean, as well as a reference to late, great Jim Swan, who worked to help design the distillery and its house style. Nc'nean 3 Year Old (That Boutique-y Company) Scotch Whisky | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Summer meadows and fragrant barley, with layers of vanilla and kitchen herbs hiding underneath.

Palate: Chocolate digestives, nutty brown bread, honeycomb, a subtle hint of lime zest, cardamom spiciness building.

Finish: More cardamom, now with black pepper, and mellowed by malt.
