All the way from Orkney comes a mysterious 15 year old single malt, produced at an undisclosed distillery (though there aren't many distilleries on Orkney, so you may be able to figure out which one made it). It was aged for 15 years in an ex-bourbon cask before being independently bottled up by Solasta Spirits. Wonderful design on the bottle, too. Sort of makes the pot still look like a space ship, which we greatly appreciate.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.

Finish: Finish is lingering.
