Peshterska matured rakiya is produced by distilling the selected varieties - Rkatsiteli, Ugni Blanc, Dimyat and Pamid. It is left to age in oak barrels for a period from 6 months to 1 year. It has the classical degree of 40%. Peshterska matured is a repeated winner of national and international awards.
