This Grappa is aged for five years in stainless steel tanks. It is made from the Stravecchia grape and is the perfect aperitif.

Pisoni Grappa di Stravecchia Aged 5 Year Brandy Tasting Notes

Nose: The long ageing in small barrels (barriques) gives scent and fragrance to this grappa, with a special warm, amber colour.

Palate: Smooth, with a warm and suave flavour. The bouquet is delicate, with hints of vanilla and dried fruit.

Finish: The aftertaste reminds of bitter chocolate and liquorice, with delicate notes of honey.
