This one was distilled at "Probably Orkney's Finest Distillery" - there's only two Orkney distilleries, so you might be able to figure out which one it is... Anyway, this is a 5 year old single malt, aged in a single butt cask before being bottled up with an outturn of 458 bottles.

Nose: Delightful aroma.

Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.

Finish: Sugared peels, salted butter and more black pepper.
