Rhum J.M. Paille GOld Rhum Agricole Rum is a fine, cane sugar-based spirit from Martinique. The spirit is made from a blend of distillates from three different sugar cane varieties: Petit Canne, Canne Rouge, and Canne Bleue. The rum is distilled to a relatively low proof and then rested in oak barrels for a period of time. This process allows the rum to mellow and soften.
