Rolling Fork Rum is a spiced rum made in small batches. The recipe includes five varieties of spices and one secret ingredient. Rolling Fork Rum is distilled and aged for at least six months in oak barrels. The rum is named after the rolling forks in the Mississippi River. Rolling Fork Rum is available in four varieties: Original, Spiced, Dark, and Spiced Dark.
