Shui Jing Fang baijiu falls under the strong aroma sub-category of baijiu, which means it is made with sorghum, wheat, rice, corn, and sticky rice. The name Shui Jing Fang means “the distillery by the well,” which refers to the founding well dug by Master Wang in 1408; the name “Wellbay” also refers to this. The original Shui Jing Distillery is recognized as the oldest continuously operating Baijiu distillery in China.
