Pocketful of Stones in Cornwall teamed up with Skreach Cider to make this wonderful West Country cider brandy. Skreach is operated by a Cornish farmer named Noah, who certainly knows his apples! The cider brandy is distilled in a copper pot still, named Jackson – before maturation in bourbon casks. Glorious stuff! A lovely evening sipper, but should also be ideal for rustling up some good apple cocktails!

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
