"Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, established in 2016, is located in Hunmanby, England. It is Yorkshire's first single malt whisky distillery, producing Filey Bay, a whisky crafted from locally grown barley. The distillery emphasises sustainability and traditional whisky-making methods, including on-site fermentation and distillation. Spirit of Yorkshire's coastal location influences the character of its whisky, imparting a fresh, light, and slightly maritime flavour."
